The older woman named Gina who works at customer service is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Instead of helping a steadily forming line of customers, she chats with the other female workers and becomes irate when having to actually work. Today, she kept telling me she couldn't find our Prime phone number (although we've had a Prime membership for years), and then wordlessly drew out cash she proceeded to THROW INTO MY HAND. And she didnโt even return the actual amount I paid and gave back less. This woman is repugnant, I'll definitely avoid this location from now on.

Stopped into Whole Foods Market recently and had a very enjoyable experience. The store felt clean, spacious, and well organized, with a calm atmosphere that made shopping feel relaxed and easy to move through. The produce, prepared foods, bakery, and specialty sections were all very well presented, and the overall layout made it simple to browse without feeling crowded or chaotic. I also appreciate how consistently well maintained this location feels compared to many grocery stores. One thing that stands out here is the overall atmosphere. Between the lighting, presentation, and pacing of the environment, it feels more intentional and less rushed than a typical shopping trip. The employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, another smooth and pleasant visit. Definitely a great location for quality groceries and a comfortable shopping experience.

Throughout the years, we have appreciated the Prime delivery options and we do enjoy the ease of grocery pickup with our busy schedule. We've met delightful employees but as kind feedback, the restrooms are consistently not as sanitary as they should be.

I pre-ordered a bag of mussels to pick up last night because I was cooking a big Paella today for a lunch with friends. When I got to the Seafood department, they had the mussels already set aside and the employee put it in a plastic bag to take home. I thought they smelled rather strongly but took them anyway. I asked the person about how to store it in my fridge overnight and he said that I can keep them in the plastic bag - on ice. That was a red flag already, because I've always been told not to seal them off to the air, given they're alive. (I put them on ice, in the fridge, with plastic bag open) In any event, when I took them out this morning, they were ALL open and dead and super smelly! Needless to say, I wholeheartedly believe that they sold me bad mussels. There is no way that a knowledgeable seafood worker wouldn't have known that they had already turned. I should have inspected them closer at the store last night, but if they had been fresh, there is no way they all were bad by the next morning So, I had to cook my Paella Mixta without mussels! How disappointing! (I did call them but they said that they had no fresh mussels. No surprise there!!!!! Awful expe

Terrible experience returning an Amazon item at this Whole Foods. The employee immediately told me I was in the wrong place and that the return had to go to Kohlโs or Staples, even though Amazon clearly stated it could be returned at any Whole Foods. When I showed him the QR code, he changed his explanation and said the barcode didnโt work. Instead of wasting more time, I called Amazon. Their customer service was excellent and told me to simply use the self-service kiosk, which worked perfectly. While I was doing that, the manager suddenly appeared โ even though earlier I was told the manager had already gone home. The employee then gave a completely different explanation about the box being oversized (it wasnโt) and the barcode only covering one item. In the end, the kiosk handled the return in seconds exactly as Amazon said it would. Disappointing experience with poorly trained staff and inconsistent information. Thankfully Amazonโs customer service saved the day. โญ Amazon: 5 stars โญ Whole Foods return desk: not so much.
